All cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% service charge.

Furthermore any cancellation made within 6 hours of scheduled appointment are subject to be charged 100% of the cost of the scheduled services.

Any client more than 15 minutes past the time of the scheduled appointment will be considered to be a "no show" will be held responsible for 100% of the cost of the scheduled services.
